At Plantspurelyy, we offer free shipping for all orders with an order value of Rs. 551 and above.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Plantspurelyy is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Plantspurelyy. We shall strive to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Plantspurelyy, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.

No Return Policy

At Plantspurelyy, we take pride in providing high-quality, 100% natural and plant-based snacks. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
